The Psync Genie S, with its built-in speaker and microphone, enables real-time communication via the Psync app.
Before You Begin
- Ensure the 'Psync App' is fully set up and connected to your Genie S camera.
- Allow the app to access to your microphone:
- For iPhone: Control hardware access.
- For Android: Manage microphone permissions.
Enable Two-Way Audio
- Open the Psync App.
- Select the 'Live' View for the camera you wish to interact with.
- Tap the 'Call' icon on the left to activate the two-way audio feature.

Once connected, you can speak through the app, and the camera’s speaker will broadcast your voice. Likewise, sounds near the camera's microphone will stream back to your phone, enabling two-way communication.
