The Psync Genie S features a powerful spotlight to enhance visibility in low-light conditions. You can control the spotlight manually (on/off) or configure it to follow a schedule. However, the camera does not currently support automatic activation of the spotlight based on motion detection or ambient light levels.
Manual Operation:
- Open the Psync app.
If you have multiple cameras installed, swipe to select the correct one.
- Tap the three-dot icon (...) towards the bottom right.
- Tap 'Spotlight' in the 'More' menu to enable and disable.
Manage Spotlight Control:
- Open the Psync app.
If you have multiple cameras installed, swipe to select the correct one.
- Tap the three-dot icon (...) towards the bottom right.
- In the 'More' menu, tap 'Settings.'
- Tap 'Camera settings.'
- Tap 'Spotlight Control.'
- Ensure the 'Spotlight Control' is toggled off to disable scheduling.
- To enable and manage 'Spotlight Control,' toggle it on and adjust the settings to your preference.
