The Psync Genie S offers seamless integration with Amazon Alexa, allowing users to enjoy an enhanced experience by combining the capabilities of both platforms.
For users with the Alexa App installed
- Open the Psync app and tap the 'Profile' icon in the upper-left corner.
- Tap on 'Third-party Services.'
- Locate and tap 'Alexa.'
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking process.
For users without the Alexa App installed:
- Open the Psync app and tap the 'Profile' icon in the upper-left corner.
- Tap on 'Third-party Services'
- Locate and tap 'Alexa.'
- A popup webpage will appear. On this page, log in to your Alexa account.
- Return to the Psync app and click on 'Link.'
After linking, here's what you can do:
- Preview the camera's live feed
- Control the power on/off using voice commands
- Update device information, such as adding/removing devices and modifying device nicknames
To unlink Alexa:
- Open the Psync app and tap the 'Profile' icon in the upper-left corner.
- Select 'Third-party Services.'
- Choose 'Alexa' and then click 'Unlink.'
