Specific requirements must be met to set up and operate the Psync Camera Genie S.
- A home network that meets the following specifications:
- Wi-Fi Router or Hotspot connected to the internet.
- Wi-Fi Router or Hotspot must support the 2.4GHz band (5GHz is not supported)
- Wi-Fi name and password.
- A Bluetooth-enabled mobile device that meets one of the following requirements:
- An Apple Device running iOS 12.0 or later.
- An Android Device running OS 8.0 or later.
- The Psync app! Available from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- The Psync app is available only in US regional app stores.
- English or Spanish must be enabled and set as the default language on your mobile device.
