The voice prompt feature allows the Genie S to provide helpful audible alerts, such as announcing when the camera powers on or off. While some users find this feature beneficial, others may prefer a quieter experience. Here’s how to enable or disable voice prompts based on personal preference.

Open the Psync app.

Tap ‘Live’ at the bottom center of the app.

Tap the ‘More’ or three-dot icon (...) in the bottom left.

Select ‘Settings’ > ‘Camera Settings’ in the 'More' menu.

Locate ‘Voice Prompt On/Off’ and toggle to your preference.
That’s all it takes! You can easily adjust the voice prompts to suit your preference.
- Note: Certain essential alerts, such as those for initial setup and factory resets, will remain active even if voice prompts are disabled.
