How to Request a Password Reset

Follow the steps below to request a password reset or recover your account.

If you are logged out of the app

1. Open the Psync app.
2. Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap Send Verification Code.
4. Check your email inbox for a message from Psync containing the verification code.
5. Copy the verification code and enter it in the Psync app.
6. Create a new password and tap 'Sign In.'

If you are logged in to the app

1. Open the Psync app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner.
3. Tap your profile icon again (>) to expand the 'Account' menu.
4. Select 'Reset Password.'
5. Check your email inbox for a verification code from Psync.
6. Copy the verification code and enter it in the app.
7. Create your new password.
