Setup 'Detection Recording' to fit your needs. Here's a quick overview of what you can control:
Start by accessing the 'Detection Recording' options.
- Launch the Psync app
- Locate and tap the (…) icon
- Select the ‘Settings’ icon.
- Tap on 'Detection Recording' to see the following:
Motion
Enable or disable motion recording. If enabled, customize the following options:
- Type: Record 'All Motions' or 'Specific Motions' like a person, vehicle, or pet.
- Zone: Create detection zones to record only within the specified areas.
Schedule
Manage when detection recording is active:
- All Day: Continuous detection recording.
- Customize: Control when the detection recording feature is enabled.
- Start Time: Set when detection recording becomes active.
- End Time: Specify when the detection recording becomes inactive.
- Repeat: Select applicable days for your schedule.

Detection Tag
Tag your video clips for easier identification in Events and Playback views.
Detection Recording Modes
Choose between:
- 12-Second Slice Recording: Records 12-second clips in 5-minute intervals.
- Full Detection Recording: Begins recording upon motion detection and stops when motion ends.
